Bangladesh are responsible for compliance with local laws and if to the extent

Pricing & Payment
All price mentioned are applicable for Website purchase
only.
For orders being shipped within Bangladesh, the payment can
only be accepted in BDT. Prices will be MRP and MC and VAT, as applicable.
In case of international credit cards being used for
domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to BDT before the
payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your
credit card policy. If you have made the payment by International card or
foreign bank issued card then you will be required to send us any government
issued photo Identity proof of the country of residence as mentioned below:
a) Passport with Visa Copy.
b) Driving License.
c) Employment Card.
d) Any other government issued ID proof of the country of residence
Diamond Palace Ltd. offers multiple payment options, which
include Online and Offline.
Online:
Customers can make their purchase payment with Credit Card,
Debit card or Online fund transfer.
a) Visa Credit / Debit Card, MasterCard
b) Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad etc.
c) Online Fund Transfer: You can choose from all major Banks
in Bangladesh to transfer money.
Offline:

International Orders:
Payments for International Orders are accepted through
International credit/debit cards only. For products for international payments
will only be delivered anywhere within Bangladesh, no orders will be shipped
outside Bangladesh. For international orders, currency conversion rates will
apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the
order.
For International Orders you will be required to send us
government-issued photo Identity proof preferably:
a) Driving License
b) Passport
NOTE: Bangladeshi issued cards / photo Identity proof will
not be accepted for international orders.
Delivery Schedule:
We understand that your privacy is important to you and we
respect that. We ensure you that we maintain complete confidentiality of the
details that you have shared with us and will not share it with any third
party.
A tentative delivery date/time will be 3-5 working days are
given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be
provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered
customers can track their order by clicking Track Order and find the order
status.
Express Delivery option available for Dhaka City only for select products Under this option the product will be delivered the next day subject to the condition that the order is placed by 6 PM every day.
Your Obligations:
a) You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete
information about yourself while registration on diamondpalaceltd.com
b) You should maintain and promptly update registration data
to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information
that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if Diamond Palace has
reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate,
incomplete, and not current or not in accordance with this user agreement, we
have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse
to provide you with access to our website.
c) In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a
mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any
extra cost incurred by Diamond Palace for re-delivery shall be claimed from you
and you shall bear such expenses.
d) You will provide authentic and true information in all
instances where such information is requested of you. Diamond Palace reserves
the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by
you at any point of time. Further, Diamond Palace also reserves the right to
ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery
in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false
(partially or completely), Diamond Palace has the right in its sole discretion
to reject the registration and debar you from using the services of
diamondpalaceltd.com and or other
affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
e) You confirm that the address at which delivery of the
product(s), ordered by you, is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects.
f) Before placing an order you shall check the product
description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound
by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item's
description.
g) If there is any delay in the delivery caused due to any
natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, then you
shall not hold Diamond Palace liable for such delay in the delivery of the
product.
h) In case you use an International card or foreign
bank-issued card for payment of domestic order, then you have to provide us any
government-issued photo identity proof. For example:
1) NID card
2) Driving
License
3) Passport
Restriction:
Diamond Palace reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other
restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the
same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or
shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits
be applied. Diamond Palace reserves the right at its sole discretion to
prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.

Cancellation By Diamond Palace
There may be certain orders that Diamond Palace cannot
accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse
or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available
for purchase; or any other issue which Diamond Palace identifies for not
accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional
information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case
your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional
information is required to accept your order.
Cancellation by Customer
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the
customer. The paid amount will be considered as an advance payment and the
customer and later adjust the total amount paid with any other jewellery from
online or any of our showrooms.
Return And Exchange Policy
Exchange, Returns and Money-Back:
Diamond Palace Limited believes in complete customer
satisfaction. Every piece of Jewellery that is bought from us is special – a
gift to yourself or a loved one. We have therefore taken utmost care in
creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and pack it carefully. However
if for any reason you did not like what you purchase or are not entirely
satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange
the product in a very hassle free manner.
Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Diamond Palace Ltd. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed. Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
Once your returned item is received by Diamond Palace Ltd,
your refund or new item will be processed shortly (Maximum of 10 days).
We will offer free return shipping within 15 days exchange policy.
Lifetime Exchange/Cash back:
Without any deduction diamond jewelleries can be exchanged
within 5 days. (*Only VAT and MC will be deducted.)
Cash return service is available 365 days for all the
jewelleries that are purchased form Diamond Palace
As per the instruction of Bangladesh Jewellers Samilty, in
case of diamond and platinum product’s cash back (Receiving cash against of
purchased products) customer will receive an amount after deduction of 25% upon
the market price and for product exchange 15% upon the market price will be
deducted. Gold and Diamond, in these case product making charge, stone charge
and the government appointed VAT will be charged.
According to the Gold policy of 2018, at the time of selling
any used or old jewellery, a seller (customer/owner) must provide Cash Memo,
National ID or Passport.
Exchange / Cash return service is available 365 days for all
the jewelleries that are purchased from Diamond Palace.
Product exchanging service will be not being available on
the last day of every month and during any discount offer given by Diamond Palace.
Privacy Policy
We understand that your privacy is important to you and we
respect that. We ensure you that Diamond Palace. maintains complete
confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us.
We may ask for certain details such as name; date of birth;
e-mail address; residential address; contact number etc for registration
purposes or for giving feedback, contests, newsletters and placing an order. At
any point in time, you can unsubscribe to our newsletters or any other
information which you may receive from Diamond Palace.
Also, for enhanced security, Diamond Palace does not accept any financial information on its servers. All information entered by the customer is directly received through our payment gateway and are transmitted to their respective bank's servers. All this is done through industry standard encryption protocol known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer).The payments on our website are processed by a third party who has signed a non-disclosure agreement with us and therefore, are not allowed to share any personal information of the customers.
Fraudulent Transactions
Diamond Palace reserves the right to recover the cost of
goods, collection charges, damages caused to Diamond Palce and legal expenses
from persons using the site fraudulently. Diamond Palce reserves the right to
initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the
website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these
terms and conditions.

constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your
offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed herein. We
reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our
acceptance of your order will take place upon the dispatch of the product(s)

NOTE: In case of orders being shipped outside Dhaka, we provide any guaranty/warranty on any product, we also provide the certificate of authenticity which authenticate that the product delivered to the customer is 100% genuine. However customer can avail the services anywhere there is Diamond Palace Company's Showroom / Service centers are available.
Any product you buy from our website is completely at your
discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly
inquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product,
its features, characteristics, usage etc. Diamond Palace is not liable for any
kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by the customers due to the use
of the product.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
In Bangladesh, Diamond Palace serves to selected cities.
Please check if we deliver to your pin code in shopping cart checkout page. If
there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the
inconvenience caused.
For orders above BDT 2 lakhs customers need to provide a NID
card. If NID card is not available, the validity should be supported with a
copy of address proof like passport, green card or driving license
NOTE: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a
single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders
for shipment to multiple destinations.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within Bangladesh.
Certain Logistic partners may request for an ID proof while delivering the
shipment. When the original recipient is not available and the shipment value
is high, the delivery agent may request for ID proof from whoever is collecting
the shipment at the mentioned address on behalf of the customer. This is to
ensure correct and safe delivery of the product.
International Order: We do not ship on international
addresses, however you can place order from outside Bangladesh and take
delivery anywhere within Bangladesh. Free shipping applicable.
TIME TO DELIVER
The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the
destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is
delivered within 3 working days inside
Dhaka city and 5 working days all over Bangladesh.
Delivery Time
The product is delivered within 3-5 working days from the
day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any
governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government
or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that
we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall notify you
regarding the delay. All the deliveries within Dhaka city is made by the
Delivery Person appointed by Diamond Palace. For delivery outside Dhaka, we
only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach
you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made
to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification:

Transit Insurance: All goods will be fully insured by
Diamond Palace Limited until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Usage of Promo code by the Company
Diamond Palace Ltd has the right to refuse the usage of any
promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used
on the Website.
Diamond Palace Ltd can at any time ask the Member for the
proof of having received the promo code.
Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed
fit by Diamond Palace Ltd.
Promo codes, at Diamond Palace Ltd discretion are applicable
on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions.
Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer
running on the site.
For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted
only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.
Prices
Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and
diamond / gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do
change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal
and gem prices, so our prices change as well. Diamond Palace Ltd reserves the
right to change the prices without prior notice.
Applicable Laws (Choice of Venue and Forum)
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the
laws of the Dhaka, Bangladesh. Regardless of the laws that might be applicable
under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located
in Dhaka country, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all
controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in
those courts.
Conflict Free Diamond Policy
Diamond Palace Ltd recognizes the great harm caused by
conflict diamond mining / trading. Diamond Palace Ltd will not purchase, sell,
and contact subscribers, customers or suppliers who purchase or trade in
diamonds which were used to fund conflict or traded in any way in violation of
any United Nations resolution or the Kimberly Process.
Conflict of Terms
If there is a conflict or contradiction between the
provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms
and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions,
policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module
of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or
