Return And Exchange Policy

Exchange, Returns and Money-Back: Diamond Palace Limited believes in complete customer satisfaction. Every piece of Jewellery that is bought from us is special – a gift to yourself or a loved one. We have therefore taken utmost care in creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and pack it carefully. However if for any reason you did not like what you purchase or are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product in a very hassle free manner.

 

7 Day Exchange and Money Back policy:

 We are happy to provide you 7-days No Questions asked return policy, for cash refund we deduct 20% amount from gross amount & 5% VAT. For exchange of product we will not deduct any amount only we will deduct 5% Vat. We just need the actual invoice, original certificate and make sure that the product is in original condition. This is, however, applicable for orders within Bangladesh only. We will offer free return shipping within 15 days exchange policy.

 How do I return the product to Diamond Palace within 7 days ?

Call our customer delight team at +880 1794-383180 or email at logistics @ diamondpalaceltd@gmail.com and convey what you want to return, please keep the actual invoice ready and you will be given a unique reference number. We will courier you or send our courier person with a Diamond Palace Ltd tamper proof package with the unique code with your Name and address.

Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Diamond Palace Ltd. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed. Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.

Once your returned item is received by Diamond Palace Ltd, your refund or new item will be processed shortly (Maximum of 10 days).

We will offer free return shipping within 15 days exchange policy.

Lifetime Exchange/Cash back:

Without any deduction diamond jewelleries can be exchanged within 5 days. (*Only VAT and MC will be deducted.)

Cash return service is available 365 days for all the jewelleries that are purchased form Diamond Palace

As per the instruction of Bangladesh Jewellers Samilty, in case of diamond and platinum product’s cash back (Receiving cash against of purchased products) customer will receive an amount after deduction of 25% upon the market price and for product exchange 15% upon the market price will be deducted. Gold and Diamond, in these case product making charge, stone charge and the government appointed VAT will be charged.

According to the Gold policy of 2018, at the time of selling any used or old jewellery, a seller (customer/owner) must provide Cash Memo, National ID or Passport.

Exchange / Cash return service is available 365 days for all the jewelleries that are purchased from Diamond Palace.

Product exchanging service will be not being available on the last day of every month and during any discount offer given by Diamond Palace.
